Week 1: Starting Saturday 17th September

Goal: Size 10 by Christmas 2011
          Size 8-10 by holiday to Portugal in May 2012


Starting the 2 Dress Sizes in 2 Weeks Zaggora Hot Pants Challenge and Special K Diet.

Starting Weight: 9st 10lb
Starting Measurments: Bum- 38"
                                       Waist-29.5"
                                        Hips- 36.5"
                                       Thighs- 23"

Week 1 Pictures:

Saturday 17/09
HotPants: on all day
Exercise: general housework + walk to Tescos and back
Diet: 2 bowls Special K
          bottle of 7Up Sugar Free (5cals)
          1 Chedder Marmite Bite (80 cals)

Today has been good, had my HotPants on all day and intend to sleep in them too, no gym but walked to Tescos and back with baby in the buggy (about 15 mins each way, large hill on the way back)
Have'nt had any particular craving, but did give in to a Chedder Marmite Bite of cheese when my bubba had one.

UPDATE: I fell off the wagon last night....to the tune of a packet of Oreos and homemade lasagne :(


Sunday 18/09
HotPants: All day
Exercise: 0
Diet: 4 bowls cereal

Today has been gooood! Had my Hotpants on all day but haven't left the house to day so no exercise to speak of. Had 3 bowls of Special K and skimmed milk and had to have something sweet so am currently eating a bowl of  Tescos Crunchy Oats and skimmed milk as this cereal is quite sweet. Getting a bit sick of cereal already so think I might start having a bowl of Special K a day and a lean chicken salad or something so I can experience some tastes again!
